At the first visit the chiropractic physician will obtain full medical history and perform a comprehensive examination.
This will provide the physician the basis to make a diagnosis of the current condition and be able to formulate the appropriate and best treatment plan.
Then the treatment plan will be reviewed and discussed with the patient and initial treatment may be initiated at this first visit if warranted.
